Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Engage with customers to share fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand stories
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain store presentation through garment refill, steaming, and tidy displays
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices
• Support retail operations including stock replenishment and opening/closing procedures

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a service-related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
• A motivated, flexible, and action-oriented mindset
