About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote assigned real estate projects by acting as an intermediary between clients and the developer.
  • Provide personalized advisory services to clients to drive sales closures according to project goals.
  • Manage the opening and closing of model homes, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Follow customer service protocols for all scheduled appointments to provide a high-quality experience.
  • Capture and update prospect information and follow-ups daily using the Salesforce system.
  • Assist clients with bank pre-qualification processes to facilitate purchase options and financing information.
  • Conduct quarterly market studies by comparing competitors in the influence zone to adjust sales strategies.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Manager to review progress, goals, and performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service within any industry.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and pricing within the local influence zone.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • Ability to maintain punctual attendance during assigned shifts and guard hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SEP Certification in Real Estate Commercialization Advisory (ECO110.02).
  • SEP Certification in INFONAVIT Products (ECO903.02).
