Sales Advisor Fresh/Extra-Fresh

Responsibilities

• Perform shelf stocking and maintain the freshness/extra-freshness department (Dairy, Charcuterie, Catering & Frozen)
• Ensure product availability and supply
• Control product quality by respecting hygiene, safety, and quality rules
• Advise, inform, and propose products/solutions to professional clients
• Participate in commercial actions including sales floor interaction, phoning, and client meetings
• Work transversally with the freshness team and sales force to develop turnover
• Develop a portfolio of ten professional catering clients
• Participate in the life of the METRO hall by setting up collective actions or events
• Exchange regularly with buyers or local producers

Requirements

• Experience in sales within a retail environment or in catering (table service, bakery, pastry, catering, fast food, or cafes/bars/pubs)
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for challenges
• Field-oriented and operational mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
