About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform shelf stocking and maintain the freshness/extra-freshness department (Dairy, Charcuterie, Catering & Frozen)
- Ensure product availability and supply
- Control product quality by respecting hygiene, safety, and quality rules
- Advise, inform, and propose products/solutions to professional clients
- Participate in commercial actions including phoning and client meetings
- Develop a portfolio of ten professional catering clients
- Collaborate with the sales force and local producers to develop turnover
Requirements
- Experience in sales within a retail environment, catering, bakery, or fast food
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Team player with a sense of interpersonal relations
- Field-oriented and comfortable with physical tasks including heavy lifting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
