Sales Advisor Fresh/Extra-Fresh

Responsibilities

• Perform shelf stocking and maintain the freshness/extra-freshness department (Dairy, Charcuterie, Catering & Frozen)
• Ensure product availability and supply
• Control product quality by respecting hygiene, safety, and quality rules
• Advise, inform, and propose products/solutions to professional clients
• Participate in commercial actions including phoning and client meetings
• Develop a portfolio of ten professional catering clients
• Collaborate with the sales force and local producers to develop turnover

Requirements

• Experience in sales within a retail environment, catering, bakery, or fast food
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Team player with a sense of interpersonal relations
• Field-oriented and comfortable with physical tasks including heavy lifting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
