About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage shelf stocking and maintenance for the fresh product sector
- Ensure product supply and availability
- Control product quality by adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality rules
- Advise and provide product solutions to professional clients
- Participate in commercial actions including sales floor interaction and client appointments
- Collaborate with the fresh products team and sales force to develop revenue
- Participate in the life of the METRO Halle through collective actions and events
- Exchange information with local buyers and producers
Requirements
- Organization and rigor
- Ability to work in a team
- Experience in sales (preferably in the fresh sector, otherwise training provided)
- Strong interpersonal skills with professionals
- Field-oriented mindset and appetite for varied tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cold environment
