About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new potential clients
- Source referrals for new business opportunities
- Analyze and develop comprehensive insurance solutions for clients
- Partner with Account Management to ensure business success and retention
- Establish integrity-based relationships with decision makers
- Attend industry events to increase knowledge and source referrals
- Meet or exceed annual sales goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B or insurance solution sales experience to C-suite executives
- Ability to cold call and set appointments
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License in a timely manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Commercial Lines coverage and terminology
