About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of new potential clients
  • Source referrals for new business opportunities
  • Analyze and develop comprehensive insurance solutions for clients
  • Partner with Account Management to ensure business success and retention
  • Establish integrity-based relationships with decision makers
  • Attend industry events to increase knowledge and source referrals
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B or insurance solution sales experience to C-suite executives
  • Ability to cold call and set appointments
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Commercial Lines coverage and terminology
