Sales Advisor - Flooring/Joinery

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on their home improvement projects within the flooring and joinery departments
• Provide expert guidance to help customers achieve their housing goals
• Perform specialized wood and glass cutting services
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the cutting area and department aisles
• Ensure price visibility and stock presentation throughout the sector
• Collaborate with the team to optimize the customer shopping experience and drive store performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar sales or retail role
• Professional qualification in joinery
• Strong passion for wood and home improvement materials
• Mastery of various sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
