Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage sales targets by executing strategies across B2C and B2B client segments
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to final closure
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through regular meetings
• Prepare and submit client applications in compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, call logs, and daily reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a commercial role
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Ability to engage confidently with both individual and business clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge in insurance or financial services
• Experience in telesales or healthcare-related services
