Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and embody the brand values through passionate service
• Provide expert styling advice and support customers in fitting rooms
• Assist with transactions at the cash desk and maintain the sales floor
• Manage stock deliveries, replenishment, and visual merchandising of new collections
• Create an inspiring and high-quality shopping experience for every visitor

Requirements

• Strong customer orientation and a passion for providing excellent service
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities
• Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs
• Willingness to learn and openness to receiving feedback
• Passion for the COS brand and its collections
• Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends
• Previous experience in retail or fashion consulting is a plus but not required
