Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and embody the brand values with passion
• Provide expert styling advice and support customers in fitting rooms
• Assist with transactions at the cash desk and maintain the sales floor
• Manage deliveries, restock merchandise, and ensure attractive visual merchandising
• Create an inspiring and excellent shopping experience for every visitor

Requirements

• Strong customer orientation and a passion for service
• Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative
• Excellent communication skills and active listening
• Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs
• Willingness to learn and openness to feedback
• Passion for the COS brand and collections
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts (including Fridays and Saturdays)
• Previous experience in retail or fashion consulting is a plus but not required
