Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers to provide high-level service
• Initiate conversations and assist at the cash desk and fitting rooms
• Handle deliveries and restock inventory
• Execute merchandising of new collections
• Create a welcoming shopping experience through proactive service

Requirements

• Strong customer orientation
• Proactive attitude and initiative
• Interest in fashion and current trends
• Good communication and positive mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Fluency in French (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Familiarity with different types of fabrics
