About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers to provide high-level service
- Initiate conversations and assist at the cash desk and fitting rooms
- Handle deliveries and restock inventory
- Execute merchandising of new collections
- Create a welcoming shopping experience through proactive service
Requirements
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactive attitude and initiative
- Interest in fashion and current trends
- Good communication and positive mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
- Familiarity with different types of fabrics
