About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers across the shop floor, fitting rooms, and cash desk
- Support deliveries, stock replenishment, and merchandising
- Deliver warm, proactive service that enhances the shopping experience
- Work collaboratively with the store team to create a welcoming environment
Requirements
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Strong communication and active listening skills

- Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Interest in fashion, fabrics, and retail operations
