About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming and advising customers to create memorable shopping experiences
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable products to drive sales performance
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, point-of-sale transactions, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain organized stock levels in collaboration with the dedicated team
- Contribute to loss prevention by remaining vigilant and reporting unusual situations
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- A proactive approach with a desire to exceed customer expectations
- Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work a 35-hour weekly schedule (CDD)
