Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming and advising customers to create memorable shopping experiences
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable products to drive sales performance
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and communicate features effectively to clients
- Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, point-of-sale transactions, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with stock organization and maintain vigilance to prevent inventory shrinkage
- Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive and high-performing work environment
