Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, welcoming and advising customers to create memorable shopping experiences
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable products to drive sales performance
• Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits
• Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, point-of-sale transactions, and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain organized stock levels in collaboration with the dedicated team
• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment while meeting group objectives

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
