Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide personalized assistance to every customer
• Achieve commercial objectives by applying effective sales techniques
• Suggest coordinated outfits tailored to customer needs to increase average basket size
• Promote the loyalty program and highlight new fashion trends
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and stock management
• Participate in receiving and storing incoming merchandise
• Manage fitting rooms and ensure they are clean and functional
• Perform tasks related to the RFID system and cash register operations
• Adhere to store safety and security regulations

Requirements

• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of interpersonal relations and a passion for fashion
• Excellent customer service and welcoming skills
• Previous experience in sales, ideally within the fashion or retail sector
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques including replenishment and visual display
• Proficiency with digital tools and internal retail software
• Ability to work effectively in a team while demonstrating autonomy and initiative
