Responsibilities

• Welcome and provide personalized assistance to every customer
• Achieve commercial objectives by applying effective sales techniques
• Suggest coordinated outfits and personalized style advice to meet customer needs
• Promote the loyalty program and increase average basket value
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and merchandising
• Manage stock, including receiving deliveries and organizing storage
• Oversee fitting room management and ensure smooth operations
• Perform cash register operations and utilize RFID systems for item management
• Adhere to store safety and security regulations

Requirements

• Proactive attitude with a strong passion for fashion
• Proven experience in retail sales, ideally within the fashion sector
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques such as replenishment and visual display
• Proficiency with digital tools and internal retail software
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of the ready-to-wear industry
