Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and preferences to recommend tailored product and service solutions
• Develop and maintain deep product and service knowledge to provide expert advice
• Manage assigned sales areas with meticulous attention to organization and presentation
• Execute sales transactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards
• Implement and promote commercial initiatives, special offers, and loyalty programs

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive in-store atmosphere
• Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure product presentation standards are met
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets through consistent performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

• Strong expertise in products and services with the ability to personalize solutions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a franchise or retail environment

• Knowledge of inventory management systems

• Bilingualism in English and French
• Certification or training in sales techniques or customer service
