Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by translating their needs into complete, personalized solutions including accessories, financing, and services.
• Manage and energize your department by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising.
• Implement commercial operations and product displays to facilitate a seamless customer journey.
• Ensure a high-quality shopping experience from initial greeting to checkout and product handover.
• Contribute to the collective success of the store through teamwork and pedagogical support.
