Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by translating their needs into complete, personalized solutions including accessories, services, and financing.
• Manage and energize your department by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising.
• Implement commercial operations and product displays to facilitate the customer journey.
• Ensure a seamless shopping experience from initial greeting to checkout and product handover.
• Contribute to the collective success of the store through teamwork and pedagogical support.

• Proven experience in sales and retail environments.
• Strong customer service skills with active listening and interpersonal ease.
