Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers to provide complete and personalized solutions including accessories, services, financing, and loyalty programs.
• Manage your department by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising.
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey.
• Support the customer from greeting to checkout and product handover.
• Contribute to the collective success and life of the store.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales.
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and challenges.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and share energy with colleagues.
