Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by translating their needs into complete, personalized solutions including accessories, services, financing, and loyalty programs
• Manage and energize your department by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey
• Support customers from greeting to checkout and product handover
• Contribute to the collective life of the store to ensure a seamless shopping experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and persuasion
• Ability to work effectively within a team and share energy with colleagues
