Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by translating their needs into complete, personalized solutions including accessories, services, financing, and loyalty programs
• Manage and dynamize your department by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey
• Support customers from greeting to checkout and product handover to ensure a seamless shopping experience

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in finished goods sales
• Strong customer service skills with active listening and interpersonal ease
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and persuasion skills
• Team spirit and commitment to collective performance
