Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by translating their needs into complete, personalized solutions including accessories, financing, and loyalty services
• Manage department dynamics by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey
• Support the entire purchase process from greeting and advice to checkout and product handover

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and persuasion
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective performance
