Responsibilities

• Become a product expert to identify customer needs and recommend solutions including accessories, services, and financing
• Design the ideal customer journey by managing shelf replenishment and promotional launches
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure a fluid customer experience
• Create memorable customer interactions through active listening and sincere engagement

• Proven experience in sales with a focus on exceptional customer service
