Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers to provide complete and personalized solutions including accessories, services, financing, and loyalty programs
• Manage department stock, supply, quality, and merchandising to facilitate the customer journey
• Execute commercial operations and shelf replenishment
• Support the customer from greeting to checkout and product handover

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and challenges
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective performance
