Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by offering complete and personalized solutions including accessories, services, financing, and loyalty programs.
• Manage and animate your department by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising.
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey.
• Accompany customers from greeting to checkout and product delivery to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales.
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and persuasion.
• Ability to work collectively and contribute to team performance.
