Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by translating their needs into complete, personalized solutions including accessories, services, financing, and loyalty programs.
• Manage and energize your department by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising.
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey.
• Accompany customers from greeting to checkout and product delivery to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
• Commercial mindset with a drive for challenges and results.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to collective success.
