Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and offering personalized product recommendations
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase and follow-up
• Propose complete solutions by bundling products with relevant services and accessories
• Maintain an attractive and organized sales floor through proper merchandising and product presentation
• Contribute to store growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets
• Stay updated on products, industry trends, and company policies

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proven sales techniques and ability to close deals
• Basic merchandising skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills for POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience is a plus
