Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by translating their needs into complete, personalized solutions including accessories, services, and financing
• Manage department dynamics by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey
• Support customers from greeting to checkout and product handover

Requirements

• Experience or interest in sales and customer service
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented mindset with a drive for challenges
• Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve collective goals
