Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers by translating their needs into complete and personalized solutions (accessories, services, financing, loyalty, buyback).
• Dynamize your department by managing supply, stock quality, and merchandising.
• Implement commercial operations and highlight offers to facilitate the customer journey.
• Accompany customers from greeting to checkout and product delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and challenges
• Team spirit and commitment to collective performance
