Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers to provide complete and personalized solutions including accessories, services, and financing
• Manage department stock, supply, and merchandising to optimize the customer journey
• Execute commercial operations and product displays
• Support the customer from greeting to checkout and product handover
• Contribute to the collective success and store life through teamwork and pedagogy

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills
• Commercial mindset with a drive for results and persuasion
• Ability to work effectively within a team and share energy with colleagues
