Responsibilities

• Provide personalized product and service solutions by understanding customer needs and offering complete, turnkey projects.
• Manage and energize your department by overseeing stock quality, supply, and merchandising.
• Implement commercial operations and product displays to facilitate a seamless customer journey.
• Support customers through the entire purchasing process, from initial greeting to checkout and product handover.
• Contribute to the collective success of the store through teamwork and pedagogical support.
