Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and guide customers to provide personalized, turnkey solutions including accessories, services, and financing.
• Manage and energize your department by controlling supply, stock quality, and merchandising.
• Implement commercial operations and product displays to facilitate a seamless customer journey.
• Support the customer from initial greeting through to checkout and product handover.
• Contribute to the collective success of the store through teamwork and pedagogical support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and retail environments.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on active listening and interpersonal ease.
• A result-oriented mindset with a drive for challenges and persuasion.
• Ability to work effectively within a team to achieve collective performance goals.
