Sales Advisor Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a smile, providing personalized fashion and style advice
• Help manage store collections through merchandising, hanging, and organizing products
• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience by maintaining a clean and inviting store environment
• Perform versatile tasks across different areas, including the sales floor, cash desk, and fitting rooms
• Contribute to the overall dynamism and teamwork of the store

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bac+2 (BTS level) or Bac+3 (Licence/Bachelor level) apprenticeship program
• A genuine passion for fashion and the ready-to-wear sector
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide helpful advice
• Versatility and the ability to manage intense retail activity
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and take initiative
