Sales Advisor Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a smile, providing personalized fashion and style advice
• Participate in store operations including merchandising, garment hanging, and collection organization
• Maintain a high-quality shopping experience through attentive listening and customer service
• Demonstrate versatility by working across different areas such as the sales floor, cash desk, and fitting rooms

Requirements

• Enrolled in a BTS (Bac+2) or Bachelor (Bac+3) program
• Strong passion for fashion and the ready-to-wear sector
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to be versatile and manage intense store activity
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and take initiative
