Sales Advisor Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a smile, providing personalized fashion and style advice
• Contribute to the store's visual appeal by assisting with collection implementation, hanging, and organizing merchandise
• Ensure a unique and human shopping experience for every customer
• Maintain versatility by working across different areas including the sales floor, cash desk, and fitting rooms
• Actively participate in the daily life and dynamism of the store team

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and the ready-to-wear sector
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide helpful advice
• Versatility and the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced retail environment
• Autonomy, initiative, and a proactive mindset
• Currently enrolled in a Bac+2 (BTS level) or Bac+3 (Licence/Bachelor level) apprenticeship program
