About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers to provide a personalized shopping experience
- Maintain the excellent image of the sales floor and warehouse
- Manage deliveries and merchandise placement in the store
- Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory processes
- Implement company service procedures and commercial policies
- Inform customers about offers, promotions, and events

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, ideally in Clothing, Footwear, or Accessories
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Good knowledge of English
