Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers to provide a personalized shopping experience
• Maintain the excellent image of the sales floor and warehouse
• Manage deliveries and merchandise placement in the store
• Monitor stock levels and participate in inventory processes
• Implement company service procedures and commercial policies
• Inform customers about offers, promotions, and events
• Collaborate with the team to achieve commercial goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, ideally in Clothing, Footwear, or Accessories
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong communication skills and customer-centric approach
• Team spirit and cooperativeness
• Willingness to learn and professional development
