Sales Administrator/Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assign deficiencies to appropriate sales representatives
• Follow up with sales reps on outstanding deficiencies and coordinate timely quote submissions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in ServiceTrade
• Assist in preparing sales performance reports and analysis
• Collaborate with departments to resolve customer inquiries
• Plan and organize marketing events, conferences, trade shows, and seminars
• Coordinate event logistics including venue selection and booth setup
• Log and track business opportunities from events in the CRM
• Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials and promotional giveaways

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales administration or coordination preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains and ServiceTrade preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and event planning tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
