Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sales documentation, payment schedules, and contract queries.
• Prepare, review, and process Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), reservation forms, and other essential real estate documents.
• Maintain, update, and organize all sales-related files, records, and databases in compliance with RERA rules and UAE regulations.
• Process client payments, prepare receipts, and maintain accurate financial records related to sales transactions.
• Track and monitor payment schedules, outstanding balances, and due amounts to ensure timely collection.
• Coordinate with banks on mortgage approvals, NOCs, and other financing requirements.
• Liaise with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless sales operations and support management with data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales administration or real estate accounting.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, RERA procedures, and documentation standards.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused attitude.
