Sales Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial customer enquiry through to final delivery
• Process customer orders, generate quotes via approval workflows, and ensure accurate purchase order handling
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding installation scheduling, order changes, and payment queries
• Coordinate with the supply chain to source stock, manage allocations, and ensure delivery commitments are met
• Schedule installations by booking appropriate engineers and coordinating with on-site personnel
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues including returns, order discrepancies, and technical document requests
• Liaise cross-functionally with sales managers, finance, supply chain, and technical support teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or commercial coordination
• Experience working within a B2B or technical product environment
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and order management systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
