About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support by preparing quotes, proposals, presentations, and managing sales collateral.
- Manage order processing, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating with logistics.
- Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries via phone and email and managing CRM records.
- Maintain data accuracy within CRM and ERP systems and generate weekly/monthly sales reports and KPIs.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining digital files, preparing contracts, and supporting team onboarding.
Requirements
- 4 years of professional sales administration experience.
- High school diploma; a degree in Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ERP systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask while handling confidential data.
