About the role
Responsibilities
- Support export documentation and logistics coordination
- Manage internal order processing and customer communication
- Assist with company purchasing activities as required
- Ensure full compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies
- Handle sales order processing and tender documentation
- Maintain commercial awareness regarding invoicing, payment follow-up, and freight terms
Requirements
- Minimum tertiary education qualification (Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may be considered)
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of export documentation and logistics coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette
- High attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the oil & gas industry (upstream experience preferred)
- Experience in energy services or industrial environments
- Familiarity with ERP or order management systems
- Familiarity with project planning tools such as MS Project
