About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Enterprise Sales and Affiliate Partnerships teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, contracts, and reporting
- Coordinate internal approvals, onboarding activities, and cross-functional communication
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates for leadership
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with presentations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or operations
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise sales or business development teams
- Experience with affiliate, partnership, or channel partner programs
- Familiarity with contract administration and sales operations
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
