About the role
Responsibilities
- Support managing the team inbox to ensure timely responses to inquiries
- Receive, process, and confirm customer purchase orders
- Enter sales orders accurately into the CRM system
- Collect and verify detailed end-user information for each order
- Handle FCC Authorization Forms for US-based orders
- Partner with Senior Sales Administrators to manage the order lifecycle
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide updates
- Serve as a liaison among finance, shipping, and supply chain departments
- Manage customer requests for order modifications or cancellations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant sales support experience in tech or manufacturing
- Basic experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce
- Proficiency in numeracy
- Experience in a fast-paced office environment with multiple deadlines
- Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen

- Ability to follow instructions and improvise in ambiguous situations
- Keen attention to detail and reliability
