Sales Administrator I

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and employee tickets through the queue system to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate FedEx pick-ups, investigate missed collections, and assist clients with auto pick-up requests.
• Manage customer data by emailing Account Update/Change forms and following up to ensure timely completion.
• Handle email correspondence with customers and employees regarding general office matters.
• Generate sales documentation, including quotes and price schedules.
• Perform price and trend analysis using Excel under the direction of the Sales Director.
• Conduct research projects regarding United States state and local governments and complete outbound clinic call projects.
• Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA, to safeguard patient and company confidentiality.

Requirements

• Completed at least 2 years of college or holds an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Open to all applicants, including those with or without prior work experience.
• Ability to work night shifts (between 6pm to 10am PHT).
• Willingness to work overtime or during rest days as required by business needs.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and disciplined work habits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a fixed graveyard shift schedule.
