About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support for sales representatives and complete front-line and back-office administrative functions
- Answer incoming sales calls and assist walk-in clients with onboarding
- Process online and social media leads through digital onboarding
- Check connection availability and book site surveys or installation dates
- Process tickets for moves, relocations, and service switches
- Maintain data accuracy in orders, invoices, and customer records
- Communicate customer feedback to management and ensure personal sales targets are met
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- Approximately 1 year of experience in General or Sales Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
