About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for sales representatives and complete front-line and back-office administrative functions
  • Answer incoming sales calls and assist walk-in clients with onboarding
  • Process online and social media leads through digital onboarding
  • Check connection availability and book site surveys or installation dates
  • Process tickets for moves, relocations, and service switches
  • Maintain data accuracy in orders, invoices, and customer records
  • Communicate customer feedback to management and ensure personal sales targets are met

Requirements

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Approximately 1 year of experience in General or Sales Administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Afrikaans
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
