About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide optimal customer service to clients in person at the counter and via telephone
- Manage billing processes, including invoicing, receiving payments, and processing cancellations or substitutions
- Handle cash management, including petty cash administration and daily sales closing
- Support credit and collection processes by generating customer statements and monitoring overdue invoices
- Maintain organized physical and digital documentation and files related to sales and accounting
- Coordinate with the Portfolio Administrator for credit sales and authorization requests
- Generate reports for Sales Managers regarding collections and outstanding balances
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in credit and collections, accounting, or cash handling
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administration and cash management
- Technical degree or partially completed degree in Accounting or Administration
- Proficiency in SAP, JDE, and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting (C.P.) or Business Administration (LAE)
- Strong customer service attitude and empathy
