About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the state sales team to meet existing hire and sales contract obligations
- Cross-sell additional services and products to maintain strong customer relations
- Initiate, plan, monitor, and execute project activities to improve products, processes, and systems
- Ensure service level satisfaction through effective customer engagement
Requirements
- Essential experience with SAP and Salesforce
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word)
- Completion of a presentation and facilitation course
- Experience in stock, inventory, and operations management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Proven data entry experience and high attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to work without supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
- Previous experience within the sales industry
- Current valid driver’s license
