About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative and commercial processes, including order registration and contract entry
- Update CRM and maintain commercial reporting
- Handle administrative follow-ups for contracts, revisions, and subcontracting
- Issue and monitor invoices in compliance with contractual terms
- Resolve billing discrepancies and manage dedicated email correspondence
- Manage after-sales tasks including contract amendments and follow-ups
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar field
- Proficiency in CRM, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with project managers and recovery services
